Course Overview |
This course is the second of a two-course series that serves as an introduction to the functional approach to linguistics. Functional Linguistics II will revisit and deepen discussions of syntax and semantics from the first course, and we will then move on to discuss functional approaches to discourse, pragmatics, and social linguistics.
