Course Overview

This course comprises a series of workshops in the fields of Japanese religions, art and architectureal history and cultural studies, and literature and history. Guest speakers who are recognized world specialists in their fields will conduct sessions with students followed by roundtables with current IMAP visiting faculty and core IMAP faculty members. Some workshops will take a lecture and discussion format, others a presentation forum, others a classroom style setting. Excursions will be planned for each of the three groupings. Dates to be announced.

MP_A-b [芸術作品の理解] 芸術学を対象とする領域では、芸術作品を正確に理解するとともに、重要な先行研究をふまえて作品を分析し考察できる。
DP_A-c [研究史と方法論の体系的理解] 哲学、倫理学、インド哲学史、中国哲学史、芸術学、これらのうち一つについて、当該分野における研究史と方法論を体系的に説明できる。
