Course Overview This class is an intensive course that will challenge the students’ ability to synthesize and interpret selected readings. It will also allow individuals to further their thesis research (second-year students) or to begin to explore potential topics for research (first-year students). Kenkyūsei may also participate with reduced number of presentations. This class requires four hours of preparation for each class hour each week. Readings will be chosen that engage all participants in the class on a methodological level. Permission must be given for participation in this class.
