Course Plan |
Textbooks : Students will choose a textbook from the series written by Raymond Murphy and published by Cambridge University Press. Basic Grammar in Use, Intermediate Grammar in Use, and Advanced Grammar in Use all come in multiple editions. Please make sure to choose one that includes the answers (not all of them do, so be careful), but any edition is fine as long as it includes answers. This is the book you will study for homework, but you will not need to bring it to class. Reference Books : Course Handouts : Course Plan ()

Study Consultation (Office Hours) |
Study Consultation (Office Hours) : Whenever I am in my office, students are free to meet with me. Additionally, I am happy to schedule appointments via email. Suggestion for success (Specific) : Don't miss class. Don't sleep in class. Try to participate fully in class, which requires you to be alert (not sleepy) and friendly (not shy). If you don't understand something, please ask for clarification. Also very important: students should relax and have fun. : |
