The period from the Yayoi to the Kofun in Japanese Prehistory is also according to the transitional time from the tribe society to the chiefdom society. This course examines such as social change through archeological evidence. This lecture focuses on the social change not only from the inner administrative change but also from the international relationship. This lecture course is designed to provide a comparative study of state formation in East Asia. |
