Course Overview This will be a continuation of the first course. This will be a learner-centered course geared to maximizing the studentfs opportunity for the use of spoken English. Class assignments will cover a range of verbal activities, from one-on-one conversations, to reports to the class, to the leading of question and answer sessions. The course seeks to enhance the students comfort level with spoken English, to increase spontaneity, and to expose students to a range of everyday speech contexts starting with some basic situations.
