Course Overview	Poetics of Saturn in Apollinaire’s Alcools. The focus will be on Guillaume Apollinaire’s work in a specific context – social, literary etc. – and also on how his work contributes to the development and the evolution of the French poetry. Moreover, the class will focus on extracts from Alcools in order to show its modernity, both from a stylistic and a thematic point of view.
