| Course Overview |
In this lecture, based on research findings of social psychology regarding interpersonal behaviors, I will explain the process characteristics that each behavior occurs by taking up themes such as communication behaviors, helping behaviors, supporting behaviors, aggressive behaviors, exclusion behaviors, and negotiation behaviors. What actions can we take to promote or suppress each person's personal behavior? From the perspective that factors of individual personality and factors surrounding the person's situation and environment interact to cause action, we will advance the understanding the occurring mechanisms of interpersonal behaviorswhile thinking about the effective ways to resolve the social problems. |
