Course Overview This class aims to learn group dynamics mainly in practice. We will think about the group phenomena and group actions that we experience and observe in daily life, focusing on the psychology and behavior of the individuals in the group and the mechanism of the dynamics they produce by doing so. How should we deal with the pressure of group homogeneity, coordination behavior, in-group favoritism, out-of-group discrimination, group think, group polarization phenomenon, etc., for the realization of a more peaceful and happy society? You will be challenged to work independently on refining your research interests (research questions). Based on your own research questions, search the literature, read, organize in resumes, discuss with other students, share information, answer to it = lead to hypothesis, focusing on practice We aim at learning by approach.
