Course Overview This seminar is designed to assist students in acquiring a foundational level of knowledge and skills for providing psychological support. During the course, students will assume various roles in practical scenarios and engage in discussions to exchange their perspectives. The seminar will incorporate a series of role-playing exercises and discussions to facilitate learning in the following areas:
1. Acquisition of knowledge and skills for providing psychological support in practical settings, encompassing (1) communication, (2) psychological assessment, (3) psychological interviewing, (4) community support, and more.
2. Needs assessments and formulating support plans for people in need.
3. Team-based approaches to supporting the everyday lives of individuals in need of support.
4. Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration within the community.
5. Understanding of vocational ethics and legal responsibilities for Certified Public Psychologists.
