Course Overview The Seminar of Comparative Studies of Religious helps students who have entered the field of comparative religious studies to conduct their own research over the course of three years. Religious studies can be divided into literary research and social research, and our seminar conducts the latter type of research. We mainly use methods from ethnography, folklore, and sociology. We will offer you how to do it, but you will decide what you want to do. We will offer you how to do it, but you will decide what you want to do.
