| Course Overview |
The world is flooded with information due to the development of communication tools such as the Internet and SNS. What is the current state of traditional journalism, centered on newspapers? What kind of impact is the rapid spread of AI (artificial intelligence) having on the media involved in reporting? Asahi Shimbun reporters who have reported and written in various departments will explain the role and function of journalism and the state of the mass media from their respective perspectives, including the latest developments. By showing how to report and convey information through digital and broadcasting, we will highlight the characteristics of each media. Through classes, students will learn the grammar needed to read and understand daily news. |
