| Course Overview |
Well-being has been the focus of attention in many places in recent years. In organizations as well, there is a growing interest in the wellbeing of workers. Therefore, this seminar will focus on the theme of "wellbeing in organizations. Participants will then present psychological research related to wellbeing and discuss it with seminar participants. Furthermore, interventions by companies to enhance wellbeing will be discussed from an academic perspective. |
