Course Overview

French Methodology of the text analysis. This class aims to allow the students to acquire new tools in order to develop better literary ant textual analysis skills (esp. the “literary commentary” and the “analytical reading”, two French typical exercises). To that purpose, students will train thanks to a wide range of exercises and they will familiarize with some theoretical aspects of French linguistics. It will allow us to master the technical vocabulary and methods in order to face the study of an unknown text.
