| Course Overview |
Methodology of the French literary dissertation. This class aims to allow the students to acquire better redactional strategies in order to be able to write a literary dissertation in the French fashion, thanks to a wide range of exercises and some theoretical aspects. It will allow us to master a rigorous (“cartesian”) method whose goal is the elaboration of dialectical structures: confrontation of points of view, organization around a challenging issue that needs to be assessed, potential consensual resolution and new perspectives for the topic. |
