Course Overview Goal and Content: The class aims to provide JICA students at Kyushu University with historical insights, perspectives, and knowledge about various aspects of Japanese modernization, including agriculture, economy, industry, history, literature, culture, and art, etc. It offers fifteen lectures given by an ensemble of professors from various research fields.
This class will help students understand Japanese modernization and its impact and experience within a broader context and apply the knowledge to their studies and their own countries.
This class is opened to all graduate students other than JICA ones.
